NORMAL SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Shipping
usually is in 1-5 business days depending on what you have ordered.
This is PROCESSING TIME, which means that it will take 1-5 BUSINESS
days to PROCESS your order BEFORE it is actually shipped. Then there is
the shipping time which will depend on where the item is shipped from
and where it is being shipped to. It also depends on which shipping
method you choose. For UPS Ground, it can take anywhere from 2-8
business days to reach you AFTER your order has been shipped.

Free shipping is for the lower 48 states of America ONLY.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders
that come in from September through end of December of EVERY year,
please be aware that there may be delays in shipment. This is the
busiest time of year for us as we have many customers buying for
Halloween costumes, Christmas gifts, etc.
We
offer expedited shipping. Expedited shipping orders take precedence
over ground orders. If you place an order and you need the item(s) to
arrive for a specific event, then allow enough time to process your
order. If you need it fast, then choose an expedited shipping method.
When
you place an order via 3 Day Air or 2nd Day Air, this will take 3 and 2
BUSINESS days respectively once they are shipped. Business days do not
include weekends or holidays.
Your
order may ship out anywhere from 1-10 days after your payment clears
during the busy season, (September through all of December). Ground
shipping, AFTER order is processed takes 1-6 business days to reach you
depending on the item(s) origin and where it is being delivered to.
Most of the time, it will be less than the 10 days, but it depends on
what you have ordered, what part of the country your item is in and
where you are located.
OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note
that when you have your order shipped out via UPS or FEDEX they
normally leave your package even though you are not home. You may
request a Signature Required delivery at an extra cost. If your package
is not received by you and the tracking shows that the shipper (UPS or
FEDEX) has left the package at your home, and you did not choose
Signature Required delivery, then you may well not win any claim you
put in for this package. UPS and FEDEX cannot ship Signature Required
unless this extra fee is paid. Since many people are at work during the
day when shippers make their deliveries, they cannot be expected to
keep trying day after day to get a signature. On Signature Required
deliveries, if you are not there to sign for it (or someone in your
household who answers the door), they will leave a delivery notice,
advising you that you can pick it up at UPS or FEDEX, since it must be
signed for. We will not be held responsible for a package that UPS or
FEDEX leaves at your home or business and UPS or FEDEX will not be
responsible unless you have paid for Signature Required delivery.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, no exceptions.
Please
make sure that you give enough time if you are ordering something for a
holiday event AND be sure to choose expedited shipping if you want it
guaranteed to arrive in time.
CREDIT CARD POLICY: We
only authorize your credit card when you place an order. We do not
charge your credit card until we determine that the item(s) you have
ordered are in stock. Your bank or credit card issuer places a "hold" on
the funds that have been authorized. Normally this shows on your bank
account as "pending". This means it's an authorization only and not a
charge. We have no way to remove a "hold", only your bank or credit card
issuer can do this for you. If the item is not in stock and you want
the "hold" removed, only you can contact your bank or credit card issuer
and ask them to remove the hold because the item you ordered is not in
stock. If we were able to do this for you, we would gladly do it, but we
have no way to do it. Each bank differs but the "hold" usually falls
off after a certain period of time if it is not charged. The time varies
depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We have no control of
that.
Just an FYI. It
normally takes 3-4 business days before the funds from your credit card
charge reach our account. We ship to you well before we ever actually
have your money because we value our customers.
