RETURN POLICY

You can shop with confidence at Biker Leather World.  If a product does not fit or is not like you thought it would be, you may return it, but please see the conditions below. We strive to satisfy our valued customers.  If we make a mistake and send you the wrong size or product, we will make it right. We will pay return shipping if it is our error.  Please see our size chart to help in your choice of the best size for you.

 

  • 3 days to exchange your order for another size or style.
  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number BEFORE you return an order to us.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and not a part of your store credit. There are no refunds back to your credit card. This is the only way we can keep our prices low for all of our valued customers.
  • Shipping for exchanges or store credit is the responsibility of the customer. When you place your order we only charge a flat rate fee of $14.99 for ground shipping within the 48 USA States.  This is usually less than what our suppliers charge us.  For an exchange or store credit, we will need to charge anywhere from $14.99 to $22.00 depending on the weight of the return.  We do this to keep our prices low for all of our customers.  We can absorb the difference is shipping for your original order, however if we send out a second item to replace the first item, we will have to charge actual shipping and handling charged to us by our supplier.
  • All returns are for store credit or exchanges ONLY and must be returned with all tags and packaging.
  • All returns for store credit or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition.
  • Biker Leather World reserves the right to refuse shipment from anyone not requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization.  If we decide to accept a return that has not received an RMA#, then there will be an additional $10.00 fee.  This fee covers us having to ship the order directly back to our supplier from our offices.  The main reason for the RMA# is because we use several different suppliers and depending on what you have ordered, we may have you ship the item directly to our supplier.  If you send it to our office directly unless we have advised you to do so, then we will have to pay to ship it to the supplier. 
  • Returns are subject to a Restocking Fee of $18.00 or 25% whichever is greater.
  • CANCELLED ORDERS: If you cancel an order after it is shipped, you may return it within 2 days of receiving it, you will be given a store credit minus actual shipping and handling charged by our suppliers and minus a 20% cancellation fee to cover credit card costs, etc.  If you cancel an order BEFORE it is shipped, you are subject to the 20% cancellation fee to cover credit card costs, etc.
  • When placing an order here at Biker Leather World or any of our other affiliate sites or websites, or via phone, you agree to the above Return policy terms.  No exceptions.
  • Please note that certain products may not be eligible for a refund, this will be noted on the product page itself. This is to keep our prices low for all our customers. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at bikerleather@gmail.com and please include your name, order number, item and size you need to exchange for. We will then reply with return information. Thank you.
  • There are NO REFUNDS given except for one exception. If the item you order is on backorder for LONGER than 30 days, we will gladly refund you in full.
  • Store Credit is given if you are not exchanging for another size or style. If you want to send something back and have not yet picked something out, we will give you a Store Credit to use at this website for a future order. Store Credits must be used within 90 days. Thank you for understanding. These policies are the only way we can keep our prices so low and affordable for all of our valued customers.
NORMAL SHIPPING SCHEDULE
 
Shipping usually is in 1-5 business days depending on what you have ordered. This is PROCESSING TIME, which means that it will take 1-5 BUSINESS days to PROCESS your order BEFORE it is actually shipped. Then there is the shipping time which will depend on where the item is shipped from and where it is being shipped to. It also depends on which shipping method you choose. For UPS Ground, it can take anywhere from 2-8 business days to reach you AFTER your order has been shipped.
 
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders that come in from September through end of December of EVERY year, please be aware that there may be delays in shipment. This is the busiest time of year for us as we have many customers buying for Halloween costumes, Christmas gifts, etc.
 
We offer expedited shipping. Expedited shipping orders take precedence over ground orders. If you place an order and you need the item(s) to arrive for a specific event, then allow enough time to process your order. If you need it fast, then choose an expedited shipping method.
 
When you place an order via 3 Day Air or 2nd Day Air, this will take 3 and 2 BUSINESS days respectively once they are shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
 
Your order may ship out anywhere from 1-10 days after your payment clears during the busy season, (September through all of December). Ground shipping, AFTER order is processed takes 1-6 business days to reach you depending on the item(s) origin and where it is being delivered to. Most of the time, it will be less than the 10 days, but it depends on what you have ordered, what part of the country your item is in and where you are located.
 
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS unless your order is on backorder for more than 30 days, no exceptions.
 
Please make sure that you give enough time if you are ordering something for a holiday event AND be sure to choose expedited shipping if you want it guaranteed to arrive in time.
